Moyes sees the French player as a priority and has been interested in him for some time. Moyes personally observed Mangala during a recent Champions League match between Atlético Madrid and FC Porto, where Porto suffered a 2-0 defeat. Moyes was reportedly impressed by Mangala’s performance.
