Fulham is reportedly willing to pay 4 million Euros to secure the services of French defender Eliaquim Mangala from Porto during the transfer window. Mangala, who is 20 years old, joined Porto last year along with Steven Defour. Porto had paid 12.5 million euros for both players at that time. It appears that Porto may be ready to let Mangala go at the mentioned price.
