El Sayed Zayed: Egyptian left-back joins Nabaroh on free transfer from Mansoura

Egyptian defender El Sayed Zayed has joined Nabaroh on a free transfer from Mansoura, signing a contract with the club until 30 June 2028.

The 32-year-old left-back, born in Samannoud and left-footed by trade, arrives after a second spell at Mansoura, where he returned in August 2025 following a stint with Baladiya. His move to Nabaroh was completed on 20 July 2026.

Zayed, whose main position is at left-back, brings experience from domestic competitions, having featured in the Premier League, Egyptian League Cup and Egypt Cup. Across those tournaments he has accumulated over 10 senior appearances, with game time in league and cup action underlining his status as a seasoned option in defence.

His career has been built largely within Egyptian football, first making the switch to Mansoura from Kahraba Talkha in 2018, then moving to Baladiya in 2022 before returning once more to Mansoura. The latest transfer marks his first move to Nabaroh, where he will be under contract for the next two seasons.
