El Hadji Ndiaga: Senegal striker joins Puente Genil FC on free transfer

Senegal forward El Hadji Ndiaga has joined Spanish side Puente Genil FC on a free transfer from Laredo. The 24-year-old centre-forward has agreed a deal that runs until 30 June 2027 with the club, who confirmed his arrival on Tuesday.

Ndiaga, born on 25 January 2002, strengthens Puente Genil’s attacking options after a year with Laredo, whom he also joined without a fee in 2025. The move keeps him in the Spanish system, where he has built his senior career over the past few seasons.

The striker has already offered a glimpse of his impact in Spanish competition, registering two goals in four appearances in the Promocion a 2a Federacion, averaging a strike every 70 minutes in that campaign. He also featured in the Copa Federacion, adding further game time at senior level.

Before his spell with Laredo, Ndiaga spent the 2024-25 season at CD Mosconia, again arriving on a free transfer after leaving CD Derio. His path through these clubs has seen him establish himself as a central attacking option, operating primarily through the middle.

Ndiaga now embarks on the next stage of his career with Puente Genil FC, where he is under contract until the end of the 2026-27 season following his free transfer from Laredo.
