Egyptian refereeing trio selected for North Africa Under-17 tournament

The Egyptian Football Association has selected a three-man refereeing team for the North Africa Under-17 tournament in Tunisia.

Mahmoud Bassiouny, Youssef El-Bassaty and Samir Gamal will represent Egyptian officiating at the competition, which runs from 22 September to 3 October.

Egypt, Libya, Tunisia and Algeria are taking part in the tournament.

The competition will serve as a qualifier for the Africa Cup of Nations Under-17, which in turn provides qualification for the Under-17 World Cup.
