Zamalek have expressed strong interest to sign El Gouna goalkeeper Mohamed Alaa in the ongoing summer transfer window.
The Egyptian are keen on bolstering their goalkeeping department ahead of the upcoming 2025/26 football campaign, and Alaa, who enjoyed an amazing season with El Gouna has emerged as a priority target.
In anticipation of Sobhi’s departure, Zamalek have already acquired the services of Al-Ittihad Alexandria goalkeeper Mahdi Soliman and are currently pushing for the signing of the El Gouna shot stopper.
Shobhi could leave for Pyramids FC this window, prompting a swift summer acquisition for the new campaign.
The White Knights has begun talks with El Gouna for the signing of Alaa following an approval from the goalkeeper. However, Zamalek will have to finalize a move with El Guona for the transfer of the goalkeeper.
