Egyptian outfit Wadi Degla will earn 1,875,000 euros from the transfer of Omar Marmoush to Manchester City.

The highly-rated Egyptian has made a significant move in the ongoing transfer window, joining giants Manchester City on a fee worth 75 million euros

Wadi Degla is set to reap a significant reward as guaranteed by FIFA following Marmoush move to the Premier League club from Eintracht Frankfurt.

Marmoush begun his career with Wadi Degla at age 12 before departing for greener pastures, where he joined Wolfsburg before his move to Frankfurt.

Wadi Degla is guaranteed to receive half of the sponsorship percentage for Marmoush, which amounts to 5% of the player’s sale revenue for all clubs he played for until the age of 23.

The total sponsorship revenue amounts to 3.75 million euros, which will be divided between Wadi Degla, Wolfsburg, St. Pauli and Frankfurt.

In the current Bundesliga season, the Egyptian forward scored 15 goals in 17 matches, showcasing outstanding form.

His sensational performances have led football fans to compare Marmoush to his legendary compatriot Mohamed Salah, with many calling Omar his successor.
