Egyptian attacker Haissem Hassan set for Real Oviedo departure ahead of winter window

Egyptian international Haissem Hassan could depart Spanish outfit Real Oviedo ahead of the January transfer window.

Hassan, who has had a brilliant season, has established himself as one of Real Oviedo’s attacking engines. The attacker has swiftly become indispensable to the La Liga outfit.

Given his performances, several clubs in Europe has set sights on securing the services of Hassan this winter in an attempt to bolster their attack.

While nothing is yet official, the Asturian club could lose one of its most valuable players amid growing interest.

Africasoccer.com understands Monaco have already made a concrete offer to secure his services, with Real Oviedo said to be keen on keeping their prized asset beyond the upcoming window.

The 23-year-old winger joined Real Oviedo in summer 2024, playing an instrumental role in the club’s promotion to the Spanish La Liga. The Egyptian forward is contracted to Real Oviedo until summer 2027.

This season, the Egyptian international has made 12 appearances out 13 for Real Oviedo in the La Liga, delivering an assist in the process.
