Egypt’s U-17 national team is ramping up preparations for the upcoming CAF U-17 Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco with an intensive training camp.
Head coach Ahmed Al-Kas has named a 29-player squad for the closed camp, which kicks off today, as the team fine-tunes its strategy ahead of the tournament.
Drawn into Group B, Egypt will open its campaign against South Africa on March 31, followed by a clash with Burkina Faso on April 3. The young Pharaohs will then wrap up the group stage with a showdown against Cameroon on April 6.
The squad includes a mix of promising talents across all positions:
