Egyptian football legend Ahmed Hassan Mido is undoubtedly confident Omar Marmoush will flourish for Manchester City in the Premier League.
Marmoush has made a significant move in the ongoing transfer window, joining Premier League giants, Manchester City from Eintracht Frankfurt.
The Manchester-based club reportedly splashed €75 million to sign the highly-rated Egyptian forward.
However, the former Tottenham Hotspur star has taken to social media expressing confidence in Marmoush’s success in the English Premier League.
“The most important thing is that Marmoush has a great mentality like Mohamed Salah, and he is capable of developing.”
“We must work to have 30 players in the five major leagues because Egypt has talent and good planning remains” he said.
In the current Bundesliga season, the Egyptian forward scored 15 goals in 17 matches, showcasing outstanding form.
His sensational performances have led football fans to compare Marmoush to his legendary compatriot Mohamed Salah, with many calling Omar his successor.
