Egypt forward Ibrahim Adel shines with four goal contributions as Nordsjælland thrash Randers

Egyptian forward Ibrahim Adel continued his impressive run of form with Nordsjælland after inspiring the Danish side to a commanding 6-1 victory over Randers on Sunday evening.

The encounter, played as part of the 14th round of the 2026/27 Danish Superliga season, saw the Egyptian deliver an outstanding individual performance, contributing directly to four of his team’s six goals.

Adel found the back of the net twice and provided two assists to underline his growing influence at the club, playing a decisive role in Nordsjælland’s emphatic victory.

The hosts opened the scoring in the 25th minute through Alexander Lind, who finished off a decisive pass from Adel to give Nordsjælland the advantage.

The Egyptian international continued to trouble the opposition defence after the break and got his name on the scoresheet in the 53rd minute, extending his side’s lead with an important finish.

Adel was not done yet, as he struck again in the 75th minute to register his second goal of the evening and further strengthen Nordsjælland’s control of the encounter.

The forward then turned provider once more in the 81st minute, setting up Alexander Lind to score his side’s sixth goal and complete a memorable attacking display.

His contribution of two goals and two assists made him one of the standout performers of the match, as Nordsjælland recorded one of their most convincing victories of the campaign.

The result also provided a significant boost to Nordsjælland’s position in the league standings. The victory takes their points tally to 23, moving them into fourth place after 14 matches.

Randers, meanwhile, remain on 11 points and occupy 11th position, having suffered a heavy defeat against an inspired Nordsjælland side.

For Adel, the performance represents another important statement as he continues to establish himself in Danish football. His ability to score goals and create opportunities for his teammates was evident throughout the contest, with his four goal contributions proving decisive in securing the emphatic win.
