However, club officials do not seem to consider this argument as valid.
Rumors suggest that Mendemo might be sought after by his former club, but Zamalek has denied any such claims. It is now certain that the Cameroonian midfielder’s next destination will be Tunisia.
Alexis Mendemo joined Zamalek from the African Club of Tunis, where he had previously spent two seasons. Although he played in a few matches in the Champions League with Zamalek, his future with the club appears uncertain as he looks for a move to Tunisia.
