Justin Diehl is making significant strides on his road to recovery from a muscle injury, with promising updates from head coach Sebastian Hoeneß.

“I don’t want to do that yet because you will always be measured on it, but it looks good,” said the coach. He further detailed that Diehl has resumed light team activities: “He has now played a warmup with the team in the corner for the first time. Now is simply increased step by step.”
While the transition back to full team training is not immediate, Hoeneß is optimistic about Diehl’s trajectory: “I don’t think it will take a long time for us to see him fully in training, but he still needs the rehabilitation steps to be well prepared for training.”
