Borussia Dortmund have rejected Chelsea’s second offer for English forward Jammie Gittens.
The English Premier League club on Tuesday, June 10 submitted an offer of €50 million to the German club in hopes of securing the go-ahead to sign the talented youngster.
Unfortunately, Borussia Dortmund have immediately rejected the offer from the Blues.
This is the second time Chelsea have seen their offer for the winger being rejected by the Black and Yellow outfit.
Initially, Chelsea submitted a bid of €35 million as their opening bid, but it was turned down.
The series of rejections means that Chelsea’s plan of signing Jamie Gittens to boost their squad for the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup will not happen.
Checks have revealed that the Blues are not giving up on the signing of the forward. The club is expected to regroup to prepare another offer that will be submitted to Dortmund, possibly after the Club World Cup.
