Dominic Calvert-Lewin ‘wants to stay’ at Leeds United

Dominic Calvert-Lewin has decided that he wants to remain with Leeds United and is not considering a move away from the club, according to Football Insider.

The 29-year-old England striker is reportedly keen to continue his time at Leeds, with any approach from one of the Premier League’s biggest clubs expected to be rejected.

Calvert-Lewin’s future had been uncertain after he left Everton in 2025. His ongoing struggles with injuries had raised questions about his next destination, but he has since enjoyed one of the strongest periods of his career with Leeds United.

He has made 46 appearances for the club in all competitions and has started the current Premier League campaign in impressive form, scoring three goals in the opening five rounds.

That run has also helped Calvert-Lewin return to the England squad for the international breaks in September and October.

His most recent England appearance came in March, when he played in a friendly against Uruguay. That match took his international total to 12 appearances.

Calvert-Lewin’s reported desire to remain at Leeds represents a significant change from the uncertainty surrounding his position after his departure from Everton. Despite potential interest from a leading Premier League side, he is expected to stay at Elland Road and continue his current spell with the club.
