Following his departure from Manchester United, David Moyes has garnered interest from Tottenham and Newcastle as potential destinations for his next managerial role.
The London Evening Standard reports that Tottenham, led by president Daniel Levy, had previously considered Moyes as a candidate in 2012 before appointing André Villas-Boas. Now, Moyes could be in contention to replace current Tottenham coach Tim Sherwood at the end of the season. Other names in consideration for the position include Massimiliano Allegri and Louis van Gaal, with van Gaal also linked to Manchester United.
Meanwhile, The Journal suggests that Newcastle owner Mike Ashley is considering Moyes as a potential successor to Alan Pardew. Ashley is reportedly dissatisfied with Pardew’s performance this season and may meet with Moyes before the World Cup to discuss a possible contract.
