The penalty resulting from Rose’s challenge allowed Kolo Touré to double Manchester City’s lead. Rose’s dismissal had a significant impact on the match, with Manchester City taking full control thereafter.
With the decision in his favor, Rose is now available for selection for Tottenham’s upcoming match against Hull City on Saturday at 4 p.m.
