Daniel Opare’s outstanding performances for Standard Liège have caught the attention of several major European teams, with Arsenal reportedly showing interest in signing the Ghanaian defender during the next transfer window.
Despite not yet extending his contract with Standard Liège, Opare could potentially join Arsenal in the summer. According to reports from the Daily Mail, Arsène Wenger views Opare as the ideal replacement for Bacary Sagna and sees him as a perfect understudy for the Frenchman.
