Official: Dame Ndoye Signs Three-Year Deal with Trabzonspor
Senegalese striker Dame Ndoye has officially joined Trabzonspor, the Turkish Süper Lig side announced on Monday. Ndoye, 30, makes the move from Hull City, where he played the second half of last season in the English Premier League.
Despite showcasing his talent and scoring important goals, Ndoye couldn’t prevent Hull’s relegation to the Championship. Determined to continue playing in a top-flight league, the former Lokomotiv Moscow forward opted for a new challenge in Turkey.
Ndoye has signed a three-year contract with Trabzonspor, where he will link up with several fellow African players, including Stéphane Mbia (Cameroon), Mustapha Yatabaré (Mali), and Kevin Constant (Guinea).
Having retired from international duty with Senegal last May, Ndoye will now focus fully on his club career as he looks to make an impact in the Süper Lig.
