Dadi El Hocine Mouaki: Algeria winger joins JS El Biar on free transfer from CS Constantine

Algerian winger Dadi El Hocine Mouaki has joined JS El Biar on a free transfer from CS Constantine, bringing top-flight experience and attacking depth to the Ligue 1 side.

The 29-year-old left-sided attacker, who was born in Tolga and stands at 1.76m, makes the move after two seasons with Constantine, having originally arrived there from JS Kabylie, also on a free. He joins JS El Biar with an estimated market value of €300,000.

Predominantly a left winger and left-footed, Mouaki has built a solid record in Algeria’s top division. Across his Ligue 1 career he has made more than 200 appearances, scoring 38 goals and adding 22 assists, underlining his ability to contribute consistently in the final third.

Mouaki also brings continental experience to his new club. He has featured in both the CAF Confederation Cup and the CAF Champions League, making a combined 26 appearances in African competition and scoring four goals across the two tournaments. Domestically, he has also appeared in the Coupe d’Algerie and the Coupe de la Ligue d’Algerie.

Before his spell at CS Constantine, the wide player had stints with JS Kabylie and USM Bel Abbes, and spent time abroad with Tunisian side ES Sahel earlier in his career, adding further variety to his professional background.

Mouaki’s switch from CS Constantine to JS El Biar is a permanent free transfer completed ahead of the 2026-27 Ligue 1 campaign.
