CS Sfaxien’s striker, Fakhreddine Ben Youssef, is attracting interest from several Gulf clubs, and Al Gharafa in Qatar has reportedly made a concrete offer of 2.5 million euros. The offer has put pressure on CS Sfaxien’s leaders to consider letting the Tunisian international go.
While Al Gharafa is in the lead with a substantial offer, TP Mazembe has also shown interest in Ben Youssef. Additionally, there is interest from French clubs, including Sochaux. The 22-year-old striker’s contract with CS Sfaxien is set to expire in June 2016.
Ben Youssef has acknowledged the various contacts and offers, mentioning, “There have been several contacts, and I will have to think about it. I received a very good offer from TP Mazembe, with a salary higher than what I receive in Sfax. It’s a big club, I’m not saying no. But my priority is to evolve in Europe.” The player expresses his preference for moving to Europe despite the attractive offers from other clubs.
