CR Belouizdad linked with Al-Nasr winger Denis Kibu

Tanzanian winger Denis Kibu is the subject of a transfer rumour linking him with a move from Al-Nasr to Algerian club CR Belouizdad.

The 25-year-old left winger joined the Libyan Premier League side from Tanzanian club Simba SC on 10 February 2026. He signed a contract that runs until 30 June 2027, meaning any move would involve a player still under contract at Al-Nasr rather than a free transfer.

Kibu has made seven appearances in the Libyan Premier League and provided one assist. His wider continental record includes three goals and two assists in 24 CAF Champions League appearances, as well as four goals in 17 CAF Confederation Cup matches.

He began his senior career with Geita Gold SC before moving to Mbeya City in 2020 and then joining Simba SC in October 2021. His transfer to Al-Nasr was completed for a reported €211,000, with his current market value listed at €225,000.

The reported destination, CR Belouizdad, compete in Algeria’s Ligue 1. The rumour was recorded on 2 August 2026, but there has been no confirmation of an agreement between the clubs or of personal terms with the player.

Kibu remains an Al-Nasr player, with more than a year left on his existing contract.
