Coventry City are reviewing manager Frank Lampard’s position after losing their opening four matches of the Premier League season.
According to Football Insider, the club are seriously considering dismissing Lampard and appointing a new manager to lead the team.
Coventry are expected to wait until their next league match against Nottingham Forest before making a decision on Lampard’s future. He could be dismissed after that game, allowing the club to install a replacement during the next international break and give the new manager time to prepare the squad.
The club have not yet settled on a successor and are continuing to search for another manager.
