Como sign Italian-Ivorian striker Moise Kean from Fiorentina on loan

Italian-Ivorian forward Moise Kean has joined Como from Fiorentina on a season-long loan, with the Serie A club paying a €5m loan fee for the 26-year-old centre-forward.

Kean’s move was completed on 1 September 2026 and the agreement runs until 30 June 2027. He becomes a Como player after spending the previous two seasons at Fiorentina, whom he joined from Juventus in July 2024 for €14.5m.

The striker made one Serie A appearance for Fiorentina during the 2026-27 campaign before switching clubs. He had also scored once in one Coppa Italia appearance during the opening weeks of the season.

Born in Vercelli, Kean began his senior career with Juventus after progressing through the club’s youth system. He spent the 2017-18 season on loan at Hellas Verona, then returned to Juventus before moving to Everton for €27.5m in August 2019.

His time in England was followed by a loan spell at Paris St-Germain in 2020-21, where he won the French Cup and French Super Cup. Kean subsequently returned to Italy, joining Juventus on loan from Everton in August 2021 before making the move permanent in July 2023 for €30m.

Kean has won three Serie A titles and two Italian Cups with Juventus. His honours also include an Italian Super Cup, earned during the 2018-19 season, as well as the two domestic trophies collected during his spell at Paris St-Germain.

A right-footed striker standing 1.83m tall, Kean adds an established senior forward to Como’s squad. His arrival also represents a return to a Serie A environment after his latest spell with Fiorentina, where he had signed before moving to Como.

Kean’s contract details at Como run through June 2027, in line with the duration of the loan agreement. The transfer gives the club the Italy-born attacker for the 2026-27 season while Fiorentina retain his registration beyond the loan period.

Moise Kean has therefore completed his move from Fiorentina to Como on loan for a €5m fee, with the deal ending on 30 June 2027.
