Como 1907 confirm Trevoh Chalobah signing from Chelsea in deal worth up to €36m

Como 1907 have officially confirmed the signing of Trevoh Chalobah from Chelsea, bringing the 27-year-old defender’s long association with the London club to an end. Chalobah has agreed a contract with the Serie A side, managed by Cesc Fabregas, that will run until 2031.

The defender was born in Freetown and is of Sierra Leonean origin. His estimated market value on Transfermarkt is €40m. During his time in London, Chalobah was reported to have earned an annual salary of €3,045,858, equivalent to 1,979,807,700 FCFA.

His departure closes a notable chapter in Chelsea’s recent history, with Chalobah having spent his entire development and senior career at the club before moving to Italy. His long-term agreement means he is set to remain with Como 1907 through 2031, subject to the terms of the transfer.
