CAF (Confederation of African Football) announced changes to the draw format for the Africa zone play-offs in the 2014 World Cup qualifiers. Contrary to the initial plan where the five top seeds were supposed to host the return matches, a draw will now determine the hosting team for each match. The draw for these play-offs is scheduled for September 16 in Cairo, Egypt.
