Congo and Tunisia have reportedly decided to file a complaint with FIFA against Niger and Cape Verde for the alleged illegal use of players during the last day of the 2014 World Cup qualifiers. Congo accuses Nigerien player Mahamane Cissé of holding dual nationality, and Tunisia suspects Cape Verde of using a suspended player during their decisive match. These complaints add to several other dysfunctions and irregularities observed during the qualifiers, which have already led to the invalidation of results in other cases.
