Club Africain target Senegalese midfielder Abdou Seydi after Al-Hilal move

Senegalese midfielder Abdou Seydi is being linked with a move from Al-Hilal to Club Africain, with the Tunisian side exploring a deal for the 24-year-old defensive midfielder.

Seydi joined Al-Hilal from Tunisia’s CA Bizertin on 31 August 2025 in a transfer reported at €257,000. A return to the Tunisian Ligue 1 is now being mooted, less than a year after he left the country.

Born in Darou Salam, Seydi developed at Casa U20 before moving into senior football with Casa Sports and then CA Bizertin. He has made 48 Ligue 1 appearances during his career, scoring seven goals and providing one assist.

Seydi is listed at 1.85m and favours his right foot. His current market value is €550,000, making him one of the more established assets in Al-Hilal’s squad.

The potential move would take him from the Libyan Premier League to Club Africain, one of Tunisia’s leading clubs, although the available information does not indicate that an agreement has been reached.

Seydi remains an Al-Hilal player, having joined the Libyan club last summer.
