Ndaye Mulamba, a former Congolese international who won the African Cup of Nations (CAN) in 1974, expressed strong criticism of coach Claude Le Roy for DR Congo’s elimination from CAN 2013. Mulamba called Le Roy a “bad coach” in an interview with Afrik-Foot and Afrik TV. It’s worth noting that Claude Le Roy has had success in African football, having won the CAN in 1988 with Cameroon.
