Christopher Mendouga Signs with Mouloudia d’Alger
Christopher Mendouga has officially joined Algerian side Mouloudia d’Alger, signing a two-and-a-half-year deal on Wednesday, just ahead of the opening of the winter transfer window in Algeria.
The forward, who previously played for Apejes de Mfou, impressed during his first season in top-flight football, finishing as the league’s fourth-highest scorer with 11 goals.
At Mouloudia, Mendouga will reunite with fellow Cameroonian Patrick Ngoula, a central defender from Union de Douala who joined the club three weeks earlier.
Portuguese coach Arthur Jorge—also a former manager of the Indomitable Lions—appears to be focusing on Cameroonian talent during this transfer window.
