South African outfit Chippa United have completed the acquisition of midfielder Azola Tshobeni in the ongoing summer transfer window.
The 23-year-old joins Chippa United on a permanent following his exit from fellow South African outfit Orlando Pirates after nine year stint.
Azola Tshobeni, who honed his skills within the Buccaneers’ development ranks, struggled to secure a consistent starting position in the Pirates’ senior team, forcing his departure from the club.
During his time with Pirates, the midfielder gained valuable experience through two loan stints with JDR Stars. He is expected to play a huge role Chippa United in the upcoming 2025/26 football campaign.
