South African outfit Chippa United are planning a double swoop for Orlando Pirates duo of Goodman Mosele and Azola Tshobeni in the ongoing summer transfer window.
The Chilli Boys are keen on bolstering their squad for the upcoming 2025/26 football campaign, and the pair, who plies their trade for the Soweto giants have emerged as priority targets.
According to reports, Chippa United have made an official inquiry regarding the loan signing of Goodman Mosele and Azola Tshobeni from Orlando Pirates.
It is said that an agreement has already been reached for the duo to switch to Chippa United ahead of next season.
Mosele already played for Chippa on loan last season before returning to the Pirates when his loan spell ended.
As for the 23-year-old Tshobeni, he has yet to make an appearance for Orlando Pirates’ first team and has already been loaned out three times to clubs such as JDR Stars. This time, he’s decided to try his luck at Chippa.
The duo is expected to join the Chilli Boys in the coming days to begin preseason training under the guidance of Sinethemba Badela.
