Chelsea are considering a move for Ghanaian forward Antoine Semenyo as they seek to strengthen their attacking options ahead of next season.
The London club have identified the Brentford winger as a potential signing to enhance their squad.
With ambitions of securing a Champions League spot, Chelsea are reportedly keen on Semenyo, who has been in impressive form in the Premier League.
The 25-year-old has scored eight goals and provided four assists in 25 appearances this season, making him an attractive prospect for the Blues.
Despite being under contract with Brentford until 2029, Semenyo could become the subject of a €50 million offer from Chelsea.
His blend of speed and physicality aligns well with Chelsea’s attacking philosophy, and his addition would bring an immediate boost to the squad.
A move to Stamford Bridge would represent a significant step up for Semenyo, who joined Brentford for €10 million in January 2023.
If Chelsea proceed with their interest, the Ghanaian international could soon be donning the blue shirt as part of the club’s efforts to revamp their frontline.
🇬🇭Antoine Semenyo such a baller to watch.
Excellent ball-carrying, explosive power with strength and pace.
So threatening in transitions & final third 😮💨 pic.twitter.com/fRFWB9t3Cg— António Mango (@AntonioMango4) February 8, 2025
