Demba Ba has officially signed with Besiktas, confirming reports from Africa Top Sports. The Senegalese striker, who has been rumored to leave Chelsea for several months, is set to revive his career with the Turkish club, currently third in the Süper Lig.
Besiktas reportedly secured his transfer with an €8 million offer accepted by Chelsea, as confirmed by the Daily Mirror. Ba, 29, joined Chelsea in 2013 from Newcastle for €8.6 million and has managed 14 goals in 21 appearances for the Blues so far.
