Burkina Faso captain Charles Kaboré is set to leave Krasnodar after four years with the Russian club. The midfielder has chosen not to renew his contract, making him a free agent.
Kaboré, 31, played a key role at Krasnodar as the team finished third in the Russian Premier League, securing a spot in next season’s Champions League. Despite the club’s ambitions, the former Olympique de Marseille player has opted for a new challenge and is reportedly considering offers from Turkey.
According to reports, Kaboré is in talks with top Turkish Süper Lig clubs Beşiktaş and Fenerbahçe, where he could continue his European career. If he moves, it will mark his third European league, after France and Russia. The experienced midfielder is expected to make a decision soon, with a Turkish transfer looking highly likely.
