Cameroon has referred the matter of their 0-1 defeat by DR Congo in the first leg of the CHAN 2014 play-offs to the CAF Disputes Committee. The Cameroonian football federation (Fecafoot) alleges irregularities, claiming that the Congolese players only presented their passports before the match, contrary to the competition regulations. According to Fecafoot, the regulations state that, in addition to the passport, each player must present their license belonging to the local championship of the current season. The local Lions are expected in Lubumbashi for the return phase on Friday.
