The outcome of Pool B in the African Football Champions League became clear this Sunday, marking the conclusion of the fifth and penultimate day of the competition. Tout Puissant Mazembé secured a spot in the semi-finals by defeating Al Ahly of Egypt 2-0 in their home match in Lumbubashi. The goals, scored by Samatha and Trésor Mputu in the second half, propelled the Ravens to the same points tally as their Egyptian counterparts, with both teams now totaling 10 points in Group B. As Berekum Chelsea cannot catch up with the top two teams, Tout Puissant Mazembé and Al Ahly are assured spots in the final four. The ultimate group stage clash between the two teams on the 6th and final day will determine the group leader.
