Entente Sportive de Sétif secured their spot in the 8th finals of the African Champions League after a victory over the Burkinabé side ASFA Yennega. The qualification was sealed during the return match played at the Stade du 8 Mai. The Algerian team dominated with a 4-2 victory, resulting in a 2-1 score in favor of ASFA. The Aigles Noirs made a significant lead with goals from Aoudia (25th), Madouni (40th and 60th), and Goumi (52nd). Despite ASFA’s efforts, Yameogo and Ouedraogo scored in the 89th and 90th minutes, but it wasn’t enough to overturn the outcome in their favor.
