Sayed Moawadh will miss the second leg of the African Champions League final due to an ongoing foot injury. The Cairo National left-back had already been absent during the first leg and has not recovered despite receiving treatment at the Aspire academy in Qatar. Moawadh traveled to Germany to consult with another specialist. He is not included in the list of 22 players selected by Al Ahly’s coach, Hossam El Badry, for the return final against Esperance de Tunis on November 17. However, Mohamed Barakat and Walid Soliman, who were spared earlier in the week, will be available for the match.
