Head coach of Central Africa Republic, Eloge Enza-Yamissi has summoned 25 players for the upcoming 2026 World Cup qualification matches.
The Les Fauves will face Madagascar and Mali in the fifth and sixth rounds of the qualifying series next week. Meanwhile, Central Africa Republic are forced to play home away from home due to lack of a befitting stadium.
The two home games will be played at the Stade Larbi Zaouli in Casablanca, Morocco on March 19 and March 24 respectively.
Coach Eloge Enza-Yamissi has called five players who were in the starting line-up for their last match against Gabon in November at the end of the CAF Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
Meanwhile, midfield star Geoffrey Kondogbia has returned to the team after missing the 1-0 loss to Gabon last year.
Goduine Koyalipou returns after missing the two matches in November while Donald Benamna, Calvin Bombo, Samuel Nlend, Wesley Ngakoutou, Gabriel Oualengbe and Jacob Youmbi are all also recalled.
The Central African Republic have four points from four games in their 2026 World Cup qualifying campaign and are five points off top place in their Group I.
