According to information revealed by the Voice of the North, several French clubs, including Valenciennes, Rennes, and Bastia, are closely monitoring Carl Medjani. The Algerian player, currently on loan from Monaco to Olympiakos since last June, is facing a lack of playing time in Greece. It is expected that Medjani will soon join the northern French club Valenciennes.
With all parties reportedly in agreement, the deal is likely to be finalized at the beginning of the week when the transfer window opens, as reported by Voix du Nord.
Medjani is no stranger to Ligue 1, having played for Saint-Etienne (during his training), Lorient, Metz, and Ajaccio. With 86 matches in the French elite championship and 170 in Ligue 2, he brings a wealth of experience to the league.
