Ghanaian forward Carl Davordzie is being linked with a move from Romanian side Ceahlaul to fellow Liga 2 outfit Sepsi OSK, according to transfer data gathered on 21 December 2025.

The 25-year-old centre-forward, currently valued at €250,000, has emerged as a possible attacking option for Sepsi, with the move listed as a rumour and no fee or contract details confirmed. The probability of the transfer has not been specified, underlining that discussions – if any – remain at an early or speculative stage.

Davordzie is on the books of CSM Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt in Romania’s second tier, but the absence of a stated contract expiry date in the data means there is also scope for speculation over his longer-term status at the club, including the possibility he could become a free agent in the future.

Born in Accra on 27 May 2000, Davordzie operates primarily as a centre-forward, preferring his right foot, and wears the number 18 shirt for Ceahlaul. His market value has climbed sharply in recent seasons, rising from €75,000 in September 2024 to €200,000 in December 2024, before reaching €250,000 by June 2025 and remaining at that level in the latest update.

The Ghanaian has followed a varied path through European football. After time with Parma Primavera in Italy, he moved to ASD Virtus Camposanto before heading to Romania with CFR Cluj II. A loan spell at Gloria Bistrita preceded his permanent switch within Romania to Ceahlaul in July 2024. His career has therefore already taken in both Italian and Romanian football at youth and senior level.

If a move to Sepsi OSK does materialise, it would represent another step up the ladder for a player whose value and profile have been steadily rising, and could prove a pivotal moment in shaping the next phase of his career in European football.
