Cape Verdean Forwards Find New Clubs Despite Early AFCON Exit
Although Cape Verde only made it to the first round of the 2015 African Cup of Nations, some of its players have secured notable moves during the winter transfer window. Forward Kuca, formerly of Estoril, has signed with Turkish club Karabükspor. Meanwhile, Heldon Ramos, who was with Sporting CP in Portugal, has been loaned to Spanish La Liga side Córdoba until the end of the season, featuring recently against Celta Vigo.
