Morocco is preparing for the upcoming CAN 2013 in South Africa with plans for its team’s return to Paris and subsequent travel arrangements. The team is set to return to Paris on January 2, spend a night at the Roissy Charles-de-Gaulle airport hotel, and then fly to South Africa on January 3.
During their stay in South Africa, the Moroccan team will be accommodated at the Hilton Sandton hotel in Johannesburg. They have chosen Rand Stadium as their training venue, a location that served as a preparation site during the last World Cup.
In preparation for the tournament, Morocco is scheduled to play two friendly matches against African teams. The first match is against Zambia on January 8 at 4:30 p.m., and the second match will be against Namibia on January 12 at 8:30 p.m. These friendly encounters will help the team fine-tune their strategies before the official start of the CAN.
