The Tunisian national football team is gearing up for the upcoming 2013 Africa Cup of Nations (CAN 2013), scheduled to take place from January 19 to February 10 in South Africa. The team, placed in a challenging group with Algeria, Togo, and Ivory Coast, has outlined its preparation plans:
- Friendly Match: Tunisia will play a friendly match against Switzerland in Rades on November 14. However, they will be without the Esperance de Tunis internationals due to their participation in the Champions League final against Al-Ahly.
- Training Camp in Tunisia: The team will undergo training in Sousse or Tunis from December 27 to January 3.
- Training Camp in Doha: Following the initial training, the team will head to Doha, Qatar, for a more extended training camp lasting around twelve days.
- Arrival in Rustenburg: The team is expected to reach Rustenburg, South Africa, around January 15, just ahead of the tournament.
