Angola and Zambia, originally scheduled to play against Mozambique and Swaziland, respectively, in friendlies, will now face each other on Saturday, January 5. The change in schedule is due to the withdrawal of the initially planned opponents. Angola and Zambia are fine-tuning their preparations ahead of the start of the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations (CAN). Both teams are among the first to arrive in South Africa for the tournament.
