The second list of players for Algeria’s preparation course for the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations (CAN) has been announced by coach Vahid Halilhodzic. Notably, there are surprises with the exclusion of Rafik Djebbour and Madjid Bougherra. However, Rafik Halliche, who recently returned to competition, has been included. Despite injury concerns, Djamel Abdoun is also part of the selection. Ishak Belfodil’s inclusion is uncertain, as the Parma player is yet to decide on joining the Algerian team. The Fennecs will prepare for the CAN 2013 in South Africa with this squad.
