Cameroonian international Youssoufa Moukoko is reportedly taking a massive pay cut to complete his move to FC Copenhagen.
The forward is scheduled to undergo a medical examination on Friday before sealing the transfer from the German Bundesliga club to the Danish giants.
The German club has long signalled that Moukoko no longer figures in their long-term plans, paving the way for his summer departure.
According to Transfer Insider Fabrizio Romano, all parties have reached a full agreement, with Dortmund set to receive a transfer fee of over €5 million.
Moukoko spent last season on loan at French side OGC Nice but struggled to make an impact, prompting Dortmund to seek a permanent move elsewhere.
Once the medical is completed, Moukoko is expected to sign with FC Copenhagen and begin a new chapter in his career.
Meanwhile, the attacker will earn only around one million euros in base salary per year in Copenhagen, plus bonuses totalling a maximum of 1.75 million euros.
This is significantly lower than what he was earning at Dortmund. The youngster is not concerned but wants to focus on working hard to make it at his new club.
