It’s a rare occurrence on the African continent, but in the coming days, Sepp Blatter, the President of the International Federation of Association Football (FIFA), is set to visit Cameroon. Blatter’s visit is scheduled as part of the inauguration ceremony for the Mbankomo Center of Excellence, a facility constructed near the capital of Cameroon for the country’s national football team, the Indomitable Lions. Notably, this center has been entirely financed by FIFA.
