Cameroonian international Eric Junior Dina Ebimbe has officially ended his stint with Stade Brestois and will return to Bundesliga side Eintracht Frankfurt following the completion of his loan spell in France.

The midfielder spent the 2025/26 season on loan with Brest after joining the Ligue 1 club in September 2025. Despite enjoying a productive campaign, the French side decided not to activate the purchase option included in his contract.

As a result, Dina Ebimbe will now head back to Germany, where he hopes to establish himself once again at Frankfurt ahead of the new season.

The 24-year-old enjoyed a convincing campaign in Ligue 1, becoming an important figure for Brest with his energy, versatility, and attacking contributions from midfield.

Dina Ebimbe scored five league goals during the season and produced several strong performances that helped Brest remain competitive throughout the campaign.

His displays in France also highlighted his ability to adapt quickly and contribute effectively in different tactical systems, further underlining his quality and experience at the top level.

Although Brest opted against making the move permanent, the season is widely viewed as a positive one for the Cameroonian midfielder, who managed to revive his momentum and gain valuable playing time.

Now returning to Eintracht Frankfurt, Dina Ebimbe will be aiming to fight for a regular place in the squad and convince the coaching staff of his importance ahead of the upcoming Bundesliga campaign.

The former Paris Saint-Germain player remains highly regarded for his athleticism, technical quality, and versatility, with the ability to operate both centrally and in wide positions.

His return could provide Frankfurt with additional depth and experience as the German side prepares for another demanding season in domestic and European competitions.
